iHeartMedia Top 40 WRVW (107.5 the River) hosted their 2nd Annual Live. Life. Love. Concert for Suicide Prevention Monday night at Marathon Music Works in Nashville. The sold out show featured acoustic performances from Why Don’t We, Dan + Shay, Lauv, Jake Miller, Kim Petras, and Caroline Kole. All profits from the show benefited To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA), an organization that funds mental health and suicide prevention resources around the country.
River Program Director Jonathan Shuford commented, “We’re so honored that these six amazing artists donated their time and music for such an important cause. Mental health and suicide aren’t fun topics to talk about, but they’re all too relevant for our audience. In the midst of a lot of darkness in the world, we hope #LiveLifeLove offered through music a few hours of joy, hope, and positivity for everyone that was there.” The show raised over $20,000 for the charity and garnered over 30 million social media impressions nationwide.
