Arista founder Clive Davis and the then – Artist Formerly Known As Prince had a working relationship for what seemed like a minute. He even convinced him to actually play a Gavin convention in the late 90s. Clive has documented many interesting stories from his years in the music business in his new autobiography, The Soundtrack Of My Life which was just released.
