Entertainment marketing agency The Syndicate is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and has promoted Graham Rothenberg to the position of General Manager. Effective immediately, Rothenberg will oversee all strategy for the company’s three pillars of business in marketing, radio promotion and publicity to lead the company into its third decade of business.
Rothenberg has been with The Syndicate for 13 years, starting in radio promotion and working his way up to VP of Marketing & Business Development. Throughout his career at The Syn, Graham has created, developed and executed integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for clients including Taco Bell, Comedy Central, UGG, truTV, Adult Swim and numerous Grammy award-winning artists and record labels. He’s helmed diverse activations such as Panic! at The Disco’s crop circle tour announcement, HBO‘s Room 104 premiere, truTV at New York Comic Con, Street Fight Summit and countless events at SXSW.

Amy Tremmel rises to lead the marketing department as the Senior Director of Marketing. Amy has doubled the team and business of the marketing department since joining the company in July 2015. She created UGG’s “UGG Offstage” music platform and strategized and implemented marketing campaigns for early-year festivals like House of Creatives in Miami and Music Tastes Good in Long Beach. Tremmel also quarterbacked stunt marketing campaigns for Comedy Central’s Drunk History at SXSW 2017 and Penguin Random House‘s Jack Reacher Night School and was integral in the guerrilla promotion of panels at NYCC, including truTV’s Impractical Jokers, IFC’s Stan Against Evil and TBS’s Final Space.
Making sure the books are in order, Chris Lane is promoted to VP of Finance. An NYU graduate with a degree in Music Business with a Stern concentration in Entertainment Media and Technology, Lane began working at The Nordlinger Group in 2008 and transitioned to The Syndicate full time in 2013. He was previously Director of Finance.
