SummitMedia Names K.Samone Midday Host On WBHJ/Birmingham

K.Samone comes to SummitMedia Birmingham from Radio One Atlanta, where she hosted “On the Phone With K.Samone” on WHTA (Hot 107.9) and served as a digital content curator. Prior to that she produced shows for WPHI, WRNP and WPPZ at Radio One Philadelphia.

“I am thrilled to be a part of such a legendary station with a phenomenal team. I look forward to connecting and adapting to the Birmingham culture and community,” K.Samone said.

A self-proclaimed ‘Lady of Media,’ K.Samone has also had stints as a sideline reporter and producer for NNPS-TV in Norfolk, Va., a role in the first season of ‘Thou Shall Not’ on TV One and a correspondent for Sheen Magazine.
