Joe “JDub” Dobbins

SummitMedia has named Joe “JDub” Dobbins as the new Program Director for WWST (Star 102.1) and WKHT (Hot 104.5)  in Knoxville, Tenn. Dobbins leads the imaging, content, promotions, and branding for the two stations, including promotions, streams, on-demand content, digital assets, and social media.

Dobbins comes to SummitMedia after four years at Alpha Media Lincoln, where he has served as Program Director and air talent for KFRX and WDJX. He has also worked for Cumulus Media Group and Clear Channel, now iHeartMedia, in his 19-plus-year career. He will also serve as a WWST on-air personality in Knoxville.
