The top ten of the Billboard 200 was shaken up with four new releases, three of which debuted right atop the chart. Landing at #1 is Barbara Streisand with the duets album Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway. Billboard notes that this extends a record for the singer/actress as the female artist with the most #1 albums and ties her with Bruce Springsteen as third-most overall.
At #2 is a debut from Country duo Florida Georgia Line with Dig Your Roots, the follow-up to 2014’s Anything Goes. Debuting at #3 is Britney Spears with Glory. This gives the Pop star her tenth album to debut in the top five of the Billboard 200. This week’s other top ten debut comes from rapper Young Thug with Jeffery at #8.
The rest of the top ten is made up of Views from Drake is at #4, Frank Ocean‘s Blonde at #5, Beyoncé jumping to #6 with Lemonade (thanks to her show-stopping VMA performance), Rihanna‘s Anti at #9 (also with a boost from the VMAs) and Twenty One Pilots at #10.
