Republic Records promotes Marisa Bianco to Vice President, Media, effective immediately—as announced today by Senior Vice President, Media Joseph Carozza and President, Republic Label Group Charlie Walk.
As Senior Director of Media since 2014, Ms. Bianco consistently strategizes and enacts successful publicity campaigns for a diverse roster of both A-list superstars and rising talent. She has been instrumental in breaking new acts such as DNCE, Hailee Steinfeld, and Julia Michaels as well as overseeing campaigns for artists like Nicki Minaj, Phantogram, Zendaya, newcomer Stanaj, and more. In this role, she will continue to spearhead publicity initiatives for the aforementioned acts and many others.

Prior to joining Republic Records, Marisa graduated from New York University’s prestigious Music Business program and began a nine-year tenure at Atlantic Records where she worked alongside artists such as Janelle Monáe, Jason Mraz, Panic! At The Disco, and Rob Thomas. She remains active with her alma mater as an NYU Alumni Mentor, providing guidance to the industry’s next generation.
