To celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Beatles‘ Yellow Submarine, the film will return to theaters this summer. Yellow Submarine has been restored in 4K digital resolution, with the soundtrack and score remixed at Abbey Road Studios. The movie will begin screening in the North America starting July 8 with more details coming soon.
Jack Johnson and Incubus will headline the first-ever Sea.Hear.Now Festival in Asbury Park, NJ. Set for September 29-30, the lineup also includes Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, Brandi Carlile, Milky Chance, Blondie, Kaleo, The Front Bottoms, Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls and more. Professional surfers will also be a part of the festival.
