Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Weeknd, Imagine Dragons, Lana Del Rey and DJ Snake lead the lineup for the first-ever Lollapalooza Paris, taking place July 22-23 at the Hippodrome de Longchamp. The inaugural lineup also includes London Grammar, Alt-J, Pixies, The Roots, Liam Gallagher, The Hives and many more, with over 40 artists performing on four stages.

Metallica will perform at next month’s Grammy Awards, according to a post on their official website. A statement from the band reads, “First, it was a total honor to be nominated, but now this?!!? We’re beyond excited that we have been invited to perform on the 59th annual Grammy Awards telecast on Sunday, February 12, 2017. It’s been three years since we were lucky enough to participate in the awards show when we last performed with world-renowned Chinese concert pianist Lang Lang and we’re thrilled to be asked back. Rihanna, Drake, Coldplay and the late David Bowie are among the top nominees for the 2017 Brit Awards. Rihanna, pop group Little Mix and UK grime artist Skepta lead the way with three nods each. Multiple acts have earned two nominations, including Drake, Bowie and Coldplay, along with The 1975 and Zayn. The Brit Awards will be handed out on February 22 at the O2 Arena in London.

Four more European dates have been added to U2‘s upcoming tour in celebration of The Joshua Tree’s 25th anniversary. Second nights have been added in London (7/9), Rome (7/16), Paris (7/26) and Amsterdam (7/30).

Radiohead will play a run of North American shows around their Coachella headlining appearances this spring. The band will play Miami (3/30), Atlanta (4/1), New Orleans (4/3), Kansas City (4/5), Seattle (4/8), Portland (4/9) and Santa Barbara (4/11) in the run up to Coachella, then two nights in Berkeley, CA on April 17-18 in the week between the two festivals.

George Harrison‘s solo catalog will be reissued on vinyl in a deluxe box set next month. George Harrison – The Vinyl Collection will compile his 12 solo albums, the Live in Japan record and a pair of 12″ singles. It will be released on February 24 in honor of the late Beatle’s 74th birthday.

Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will head out on a spring acoustic tour of North America, starting in Tuscaloosa, AL on May 3 and wrapping up in Columbia, MD on June 18. Matthews and his longtime musical cohort will also play a number of European dates in March and April.
