Beck, Queens of the Stone Age and Incubus top the lineup for the In Bloom Music Festival in Houston next spring. Martin Garrix, Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, Sylvan Esso, Broken Social Scene, Grizzly Bear and T-Pain are also on the bill for the two-day event, which will be held at Eleanor Tinsley Park on March 24 and 25.
Pat DiNizio, singer and guitarist for ’80s rockers The Smithereens, has passed away at the age of 62. His death was announced on the band’s official Facebook page. DiNizio had suffered multiple health issues in recent years due injuries suffered in a pair of falls, though no cause of death was formally announced. The group’s hits include “Behind the Wall of Sleep,” “Only a Memory” and “A Girl Like You.”
