Fleetwood Mac has been added to the lineup for the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Festival, which will take place on September 21 and 22 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. “It is an honor to be performing at the iHeartRadio Music Festival for our very first time,” said Stevie Nicks. “The beauty of an event like this is that it is a true representation of the power of radio. It’s an opportunity for artists across all genres to share one stage and what we all love most — music!” Justin Timberlake, Jack White, Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood, Imagine Dragons, Kelly Clarkson and Shawn Mendes are just a few of the many artists on board for the event.

A new 7″ vinyl single from Eddie Vedder will be given out as a promotional item next month at a Chicago Cubs game. The record features the Pearl Jam singer’s anthem for his beloved team, “All the Way,” with a 1984 recording of “Go, Cubs, Go” as the b-side. It will be given out to fans at Wrigley Field on July 6 vs. the Cincinnati Reds.

30 Seconds to Mars guitarist Tomo Miličević has formally split with the band. The group released their newest album America earlier this year, but Miličević was not a part of it and at the time it was announced he was dealing with “personal matters.” Now the musician has said in a statement that he is no longer in 30TSM “but please believe me when I say that this is the best thing for me in my life and also for the band.” He adds, “I want to say thank you to Jared [Leto] and Shannon [Leto] for allowing me the privilege to be a small part of their dream and to have been able to share the stage with them for so long.”

Alessia Cara will release a new single, titled “Growing Pains,” this Friday, June 15. Cara revealed the artwork and the lyrics via social media. The Pop singer is expected to put out her sophomore record later this year.

The Recording Academy will honor its 2018 Special Merit Awards recipients with the Grammy Salute To Music Legends, an awards ceremony and live tribute concert on Saturday, July 14, at Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. This year’s Lifetime Achievement Award honorees are Hal Blaine, Neil Diamond, Emmylou Harris, Louis Jordan, the Meters, Queen and Tina Turner. Additional Special Merit Awards honorees to be celebrated include Bill Graham, Seymour Stein and John Williams, who are this year’s Trustees Award honorees, and Tony Agnello and Richard Factor, who are the Technical Grammy Award recipients. Also being honored is Melissa Salguero, this year’s recipient of the Music Educator Award.

Jeremih and Teyana Taylor will tour North America this summer, hitting 24 cities. The trek begins in Tampa on August 3 and wraps up September 8 in Portland, OR.
