Childish Gambino has joined the lineup for the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Festival, set for September 21-22 in Las Vegas. Additionally, the artist (aka Donald Glover) has released a pair of brand new songs for the summer, titled “Summertime Magic” and “Feels Like Summer.” The surprise two tracks arrived on streaming services under the title “Summer Pack” with no warning this morning.
A posthumous box set of material from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers is on the way this fall. Titled An American Treasure, the 60-song, four-CD set arrives on September 28 via Reprise Records and includes previously unreleased studio recordings, live tracks, deep cuts and alternate versions of Petty’s hits. The collection was curated by Petty’s daughter Adria and his wife Dana. “Keep a Little Soul,” a previously unreleased recording from 1982, was released today as a single. An American Treasure will also be released in a super deluxe limited edition set, on vinyl and as a 2-CD 26-track version.
Congratulations to Cardi B and Offset of Migos, who welcomed their child Kulture Kiari Cephus into the world yesterday. Cardi announced the birth of their daughter via an Instagram post.
