Beyoncé had a busy weekend celebrating her birthday. The superstar turned 35 on Sunday and spent the day at Philadelphia’s Made in America festival before throwing a massive party on Monday in New York City. She thanked her friends and family via Instagram for their birthday wishes, writing, “I just want to say thank you to everyone for all the beautiful and thoughtful birthday wishes. I am so fortunate to have the love and support of my family, my friends, and my hive. We’ve grown up together and you guys continue to inspire and motivate me everyday. I’m so grateful for every challenge, every smile, every tear, every discovery, every sacrifice, every triumph, every stretch mark, every kiss, every scar. I strive to make you proud. I love YOOOUUUU!!!”
Additionally, her video for “Hold Up” off Lemonade has been released as a stand alone clip on YouTube. “Hold Up” was previously only available as part of the larger Lemonade “visual album.” Last but not least, Bey has postponed her MetLife Stadium tomorrow night (9/7) to October 7, as per doctor’s orders.
