A number of performers have been announced for the 2018 BET Awards, which air on Sunday, June 24. Nicki Minaj, Migos, Janelle Monáe, H.E.R. and Ella Mai will all appear as part of the show. The annual awards show will be hosted by Jamie Foxx.
Gorillaz will release a new album, titled The Now Now, on June 29, coming just over a year after their last record, Humanz. Damon Albarn, the artist behind the music of the cartoon band, will debut a new single titled “Humility” on Beats 1 tomorrow (5/30), according to Billboard. More details about The Now Now will be revealed as well.
Troye Sivan has announced The Bloom Tour, in conjunction with his upcoming album Bloom, due out August 31 on Capitol Records. The Bloom Tour kicks off in Irving, TX on September 21 and runs up to November 8 in Vancouver. The trek includes Sivan’s first-ever performance at Radio City Music Hall on October 9.
Rockers Halestorm will release their fourth studio album Vicious on July 27 via Atlantic Records. The lead single “Uncomfortable” arrived today. The band has an extensive run of touring in the U.S. throughout July and August, before heading overseas in September and October.
