Ariana Grande has added a number of new dates to her 2018 Sweetener World Tour. She has added a second night in Chicago (4/8), Los Angeles (5/7), Miami (6/1), Brooklyn (6/15) and New York at Madison Square Garden (6/19). Additionally, Grande has added four new shows to the end of the tour, in Washington, D.C. (6/21); Boston (6/22); Philadelphia (6/24) and Toronto (6/26).
Irish singer-songwriter Hozier has announced a North American headlining tour for 2019 in support of his upcoming album Wasteland, Baby! The trek begins in Buffalo on March 10, with dates set up to April 14 in Spokane, WA. A release date hasn’t been announced yet for Wasteland, Baby!, but it will be out at some point in the spring via Columbia Records.
The Prince Estate and Legacy Recordings, a division of Sony Music Entertainment, have announced the first round of physical titles set for release as part of the ongoing Prince catalog project first announced in August. Three Prince albums, Musicology, 3121 and Planet Earth, will be available on CD and, for the first time ever, on vinyl on February 8, 2019.
The lineup for the 2019 Epicenter Festival has been revealed, with Foo Fighters, Tool and KoRn topping the bill. Rob Zombie, The Prodigy, Judas Priest, 311, Bring Me the Horizon and The Cult are also among the many bands played the three-day festival, which runs from May 10-12 in Rockingham, NC.
