The 90th annual Academy Awards were handed out on Sunday night. All of the Best Song nominees performed, including Mary J. Blige, Common and Sufjan Stevens, but the Oscar went to “Remember Me” from Coco. Additionally, Eddie Vedder was tapped to soundtrack the “In Memorium” segment, covering the late Tom Petty‘s “A Room at the Top.”
The music video for Taylor Swift‘s latest single “Delicate” will premiere this weekend as part of the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards broadcast. The awards will be handed out Sunday night and air simultaneously on TBS, TNT and truTV.
Childish Gambino
Childish Gambino will hit the road for an arena tour this September, kicking off in Atlanta on September 6 and wrapping up in Vancouver on September 30. Rae Sremmurd will open the trek. It’s a busy year for Donald Glover (aka Childish Gambino) whose series Atlanta just returned to FX and will co-star in Solo: A Star Wars Story this Spring.
Rockers Avenged Sevenfold have announced a summer tour with Prophets of Rage and Three Days Grace opening up. The “End of the World Tour” starts in Mansfield, MA on July 22 and runs up to September 1 in Houston.
Rob Zombie & Marilyn Manson are re-teaming for “The TWINS OF EVIL: The Second Coming Tour 2018.” Their first co-headlining tour was in 2012. The trek begins in Detroit on July 11 and wraps up on August 29 in Irvine, CA.
