Jeremy Rice, WXXL: Passion for our brands and my staff and co-workers, producing creative content, and winning! Plus, Cuban coffee! Mike O’Donnell, WKRZ: Love to come in for the music meetings and see what new songs we can get on the air, that continues to excite and motivate me. I’m also very motivated when I have the opportunity to create a really cool promotion that we can do locally. I love doing big contests.
