Which label reps would make good programmers and which radio PD/MD’s would make good promotion reps?
![]() Sassy, WKXJ: I think Jon Borris, Mike Castellucci and James Marsh would all make good programmers, and Rod Phillips, Dan Hunt and Brian Mack would do well as label reps. Matt “MJ” Johnson, KUDD: I would make a good promo rep because I tell the truth…LOL! Jonathan Reed, WNOK: Haven’t really met any label people who I think would make good programmers. Radio programmers who make good promotion people, Michael Chase at Sony RED and John Mayer at Caroline. |
Gina Gray, WERO: Charlie Walk would make a good group programmer, I also think Joe Hodge, Ted Hoekstra and Myra Dehais could all make the transition. As far as us radio people, why would we want to do that it’s too much work?!
Chris Michaels, FM100: Reid Shackelford would make a great MD. Michelle Lewis would make a great promotion rep. Jeremy Rice, WBLI:I think it would be great for all of us to understand our business models and why our companies execute our plans accordingly for success. |
![]() Kobi, WNRW/WLGX: Nicki Farag and Joe Daddio would make good programmers. John Ivey would make a good label promotion exec.
Java Joel, WAKS: Howard Lesnick of Atlantic. ‘Cuz he’s buddies with Peter Wolf from the J. Geils Band and would probably put “Flamethrower” in as an “Oh Wow”. |
