In honor of Thanksgiving, what are you most thankful for this year both professionally and personally?
![]() Matt Johnson, KSLZ: Professionally I’m thankful to be back at iHeart after a 13-year absence, and personally I’m thankful that my wife and kids like St. Louis. Jonathan Shuford, WRVW: Personally, I’m thankful for having a happy and healthy child, and professionally I’m thankful that 2019 hopefully will have better music.
Chris Michaels, FM100: My family, and working for a great company! Sue O’Neil, WKSE: Good health. Raphael Opida, WIOQ: Professionally, I’m most thankful for having a steady career (especially on a legendary station like Q102 Philly). Personally, I am most thankful for my family, friends, health, and Ariana Grande for “thank u, next.” Kevin Kash, WIYY: Getting to know and work with some of the coolest humans anywhere in radio. At home, it’s Mrs. Kash and The Kash Kids. (I think I just made us a band. I’d be one of the kids.)

Java Joel, WAKS: Most thankful for my wonderful family. Professionally, thankful for being able to do what I’ve wanted to do since I was six years old. Truly livin’ the dream. Lots of hard work, but so worth it.

Professionally, I’m just thankful to have the office next to Marc Chase…he completes me.
Rod Phillips, iHeartMedia: Easy stuff…thankful for this iHeart gig they let me do, for Nashville and for my iHeartCountry family. And even more thankful for family and friends like never before (which is my reminder to always work on life balance – not easy to do).
