Now that vacations are back in vogue, what are some your favorite vacation spots?

Rick Vaughn, KENZ: Now that we’ve been in Salt Lake City, we can drive to Vegas and sit by the pool in a cabana for a few days. Jon Zellner, iHeartMedia: A few favorite places I’ve visited: Positano, Prague, Berlin, Paris, and Iceland. Toby Knapp, WASH: Mons Venus, the Moonlight Bunny Ranch… oh wait.
Adam Rivers, WKCI: I’ve spent most of my life going to Rodanthe, NC on the Outer Banks. You can be there in the middle of tourist season and see nobody for miles on the beach. 2nd is Montana. My parents rented a house on the Yellowstone River where we could fish from the backyard. That sold me permanently.
Jonathan Shuford, WRVW: I love anywhere that you feel like you’re a really small person in a really big world. Smokey Mountains, the Appalachian Trail, and Acadia National Park in Maine, are a few of my favorites. |
Java Joel, WHBC: Anxious to get back to the sunny Treasure Coast in South Florida in a few weeks. Haven’t been since pre-COVID. Also love trekkin’ back home to upstate NY to spend time with the family.
R Dub, Z90/Magic 92.5: HA! They never stopped being in vogue! Favorite vacation spots: Brasil, Lebanon, Japan, Argentina, Indonesia and Philippines! Jammer, WEZB: Cruises are always economical, and you get a little bit of everything included. I’m heading out on one next week! Kobe, WUVA: My family and I love Pittsburgh, and also love going to see family in Atlanta. Rich Davis, KDWB: OCMD! (Ocean City Maryland) and Panama City Beach Florida!
Matt Johnson, WPLW: I don’t take vacations, always taking care of business. Max Volume, KOZZ: Santa Cruz north to Half Moon Bay. Any other surfers out there? Buster Satterfield, WIOQ: Take me to the keys! Specifically, Islamorada. Randi West, WRMF: Grenada, Great Exhuma, and my back yard! |

Guy Zapoleon, Zapoleon Consulting: Since we’re still not crazy about getting on a plane for now, my wife and I love places we can drive to like: Freeport, Maine, Cape Cod, Ogunquit MA, or Concord NH. Brian Mack, WXXL: St Regis in Bora Bora. I’ll be surprised if that ever changes…and we’ve only been once!
Orlando Davis, WLLD: Anywhere but Tulum! Every side chick, on IG has made it down there, to get their obligatory “living the life” pic. Give me Turks, Dubai, Bora Bora, and Domincan Republic. Sand, Sun and Skin and I’m in!
Fish, WKRZ: Stone Harbor, NJ is still the “it” for me. Also, Virginia Beach, Vegas, and any of the Caribbean Islands.
