With touring back in full mode, what are your top concerts of all-time, and what was the biggest capacity concert you ever attended?

Rick Vaughn, KENZ: Most memorable was Neil Young, Pearl Jam, and Blind Melon at the Portland racetrack back in early nineties, pretty awesome! The Pink Floyd Division Bell Tour in the 90’s in Vancouver. Pink Floyd (with Roger Waters) The Wall Tour at Wrigley Field when I was in Chicago. On the Pop side, Bruno Mars is always awesome, and the first major Lady Gaga tour in Chicago was great. I wasn’t expecting it.

Matt Johnson, WPLW: I’m not really a concert guy. I’d rather listen to better audio coming out of my office speakers.

Jonathan Shuford, WRVW: Matchbox 20 Yourself or Someone Like You Tour, they’re my favorite band of all-time. Coldplay in 2011 was incredible, and Eric Clapton in 2009 in Tulsa. The production on this Taylor tour is just amazing…kudos to her.

Bob Patrick, WXLK: My favorite concerts in no particular order: P!nk, JT, BSB, Elton John, Flo Rida, Taylor Swift, 1993 Q102 Monster, WDBK Winter Spectacular. Biggest Crowd was Taylor at The Linc in 2018 at about 55,000. Honorable Mention: Maroon 5 in White Sulpher Springs, WV in 2014 drew about 40,000.

Brian Mack, iHeartMedia: These were all epic shows. Bruce Springsteen, REM, John Fogarty Vote for Change 2004 in Cleveland, U2, Dublin Ireland 2016, Depeche Mode ACL, Austin 2012, Paul McCartney Citi Field 2009, The Police Dolphin Stadium 2006, No Doubt Cornell University Barton Hall 2002, Tom Petty Ft Lauderdale 2007 (w/Steve Winwood), Billy Joel Orlando 2013 (New Years Eve), Elton John Farewell Tour Dodger Stadium LA 2022.

Lee Abrams, mediavisions: Yes at JFK Stadium in Philly. 110,000 plus. That was my favorite too. Magic under the stars.

Jana Sutter, WXXL: In 2001, Tina Turner with Lionel Richie opening which was amazing. My first concert was Madonna with Beastie Boys, The Virgin Tour, kind of hard to beat that. The Taylor Swift Eras Tour is absolutely unreal! The current Coldplay tour makes the list, and Taylor and Coldplay are also the biggest capacity shows I’ve ever been to.

Drew Heyman, WHYI: Ultra Fest in Miami and Harry Styles is the 100 percent the best concert I’ve seen.

Buster Satterfield, WIOQ: My 1st concert was Weird Al at the Meadowbrook Music Festival. Eminem in Toronto. And my guilty pleasure, I’m the guy that sings every song at an Ed Sheeran show.

Chris Michaels, FM100: My top concerts of all-time would-be Garth Brooks, Morgan Wallen, Bruno Mars, and Taylor Swift. The largest capacity that I attended was Taylor Swift, who performed in front of 70,000 people.

Java Joel, WHBC: The best band I’ve ever seen live (and the band I’ve seen the most) is The Tragically Hip from Canada. Saw them headline the Another Roadside Attraction festival in Montreal, July 1993, which was also probably the biggest capacity concert I’ve ever attended. Front row and thought I was gonna die. It was awesome! Those guys should’ve have been as big as Pearl Jam. RIP Gord Downie.

Adam Rivers, WKCI / WKSS: Didn’t make it to the Taylor Swift tour this time, but last time her show at Gillette Stadium was the best SHOW I’ve ever seen, in addition to the one that had the most people that I was at. She is a once in a lifetime performer.

Mike O’Donnell, WKRZ: Recent Taylor show was the biggest I’ve ever attended. Other fav’s: Phil Collins But Seriously Tour back in the late 80’s, Lady Gaga 2012 was a great show, most memorable was the Elton John/Billy Joel dueling pianos tour in Boston early 2000’s.

Toby Knapp, WASH: U2, Prince, Van Halen on the For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge Tour. Taylor Swift. Billy Joel *NSYNC and JT oh and BSB… and finally Bruce Hornsby. U2 at FEDEX Field was pretty massive.

Jon Zellner, iHeartMedia: Best Concerts: Paul McCartney, Simon & Garfunkel, Tom Petty. Biggest Capacity: *NSYNC, U2, Taylor Swift.

Valentine, WBHT: That’s a hard one with so many great shows. Taylor is always a win, but Beyonce is high up on my list. As far as biggest, I’d have to say Ultra Music Festival.

Heather Deluca, WSJO: I think I’m suffering from Eras Tour amnesia! Taylor Swift is one of the best concerts I’ve seen of late, but I can’t remember all of it! Guess I’m in a Lavender Haze, lol. Lady Gaga at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City July 4th of 2010 BLEW MY MIND. It was an experience! And as far as the biggest capacity? I attended Ed Sheeran over the weekend, 77,900 strong at the Linc in Philly, a single-event attendance record for that stadium.

Jeff Hurley, iHeartMedia: Top is Lady Gaga. An absolute peak performer at the height of her abilities. Biggest is probably Taylor or Kenny Chesney in Philly.
