If you were to assemble your ultimate summer jam concert,
which artists/bands would be on the bill and what beach would host the event?

Jonathan Shuford, WRVW: It has to be South Beach in the summer! Has to be all upbeat artists like: Usher, Motley Crue, Olivia Rodrigo, Fallout Boy, and Creedence Clearwater Revival.

Rich Davis, KDWB: Def Leppard has to be there for me. I love Taylor Swift so she’s on the bill. Harry Styles would be amazing, and Lizzo would kill it. I love Panama City Beach, FL, so that would be the spot. Fish, WKRZ: Virginia Beach with Nicky Youre opening for Timbaland, Journey, and Pharrell for local flavor since he’s from that area.

Jana Sutter, WXXL: I’d love to create a Summer Jam on the beaches of Sarasota, FL. My perfect summer line-up would be: Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Harry Styles, and Olivia Rodrigo.

Randi West, WRMF: Clearwater Beach. The Beach Boys with John Stamos drumming, Lady Gaga because I have to imagine she will have a fabulous costume, Pitbull because he’s high energy, Kid Rock because he’s an American badass, Matchbox 20 because I love them and an *NSYNC for a surprise reunion. This would be legendary.

Josh Wolff, WAEB: Our iHeart Radio Music Festival is always an impressive line-up that any programmer would love to replicate. I’d bring east and hold it at Ocean, City Maryland.

Rick Vaughn, KENZ: Beastie Boys, Run DMC, LL Cool J, Kool Moe Dee, N.W.A., and Rage Against The Machine, and it would be held at Cabo San Lucas.

Lee Abrams, mediavisions: It will take some heavy cash and negotiation, but I’m going with a British and classic approach using as many original band members as possible. Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, The Police, Yes, and The Who. Beach? I’d present it on a large barge 100 yards out with fans on the beach or in the water. May not be realistic, but sure would be fun.

Valentine, WBHT: South Beach for sure! Harry Styles, Jack Harlow, *NSYNC, and Post Malone.

Fred Deane, DMS: Diamond Beach in Wildwood, NJ. ‘60s Beach Boys, Sly & The Family Stone for a ‘70s vibe, Duran Duran repn the 80’s, Green Day, Black Eyed Peas with Fergie, and Imagine Dragons.

Jammer, WEZB: Beyonce, Drake and Lizzo in Virginia Beach.

Jon Zellner, iHeartMedia: Yacht Rock Ultimate Summer Concert on the beach in Seaside, FL starring Steely Dan (Donald Fagen), Doobie Brothers (with Michael McDonald), Kenny Loggins, Toto, Don Henley, Jackson Browne and Christopher Cross.

Adam Rivers, WKCI: Foo Fighters, Nelly, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift in South Beach.

Buster Satterfield, WIOQ: Eminem, Elvis, MGK, Guns n’ Roses, and 2Live Crew. Hosted by the Q102 and FLZ staffs at Sheppards in Clearwater, FL.

Matt Johnson, WPLW: I can’t think of a place sexier than South Beach to host it. Katy Perry and Taylor Swift both circa 2010’s, and Eminem and Black Eyed Peas of early 2000.

Bob Patrick, WXLK: Justin Timberlake, Doja Cat, P!nk, and Bruno Mars in Wildwood, NJ.

Mike O’Donnell, WKRZ: Ed Sheeran, Doja Kat, Harry Styles, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Combs (he’s one of the hottest artists out there!), and let’s do Myrtle Beach. I love the east coast beaches!

Elise, WPLW: The 1975, My Chemical Romance, Megan Thee Stallion (love her!), Drake, and Journey. Malibu Beach!

Chris Michaels, FM100: My favorite beach is in the Destin, FL area so that’s where it would be. Aerosmith (love Steven Tyler), Justin Bieber, Jason Aldean (he’s phenomenal), Garth Brooks, Britney Spears, and Justin Timberlake.
