Considering the ongoing scorching heat wave we’ve all been in, what are you doing to cool off this summer?

Jeremy RiceJeremy Rice, WXXL: Last night at 7pm I checked, it was 90 in NYC and 84 in Orlando, so I guess I’m doing just fine! If I’m outside, Gatorade is always great and no-show socks are the way to go in the summer, especially with pants!

Elise, WPLW: I’m a plant and LOVE the heat so it doesn’t bother me. Whenever I can use my friend’s pool though that’s usually where I am. If I can be on a boat, a float, or a beach I’m a happy camper.

Joey Brooks, WKSS: Waterskiing at Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire.

Mikey V, WXKS: Spending time on my boat.

Chris Michaels, FM100: We’re baking in 100-degree weather in Memphis! 2022 has officially been the hottest summer on record in Memphis.

Bob Patrick, WXLK: Not mowing my lawn. Seriously! Too damn HOT!

Buster Satterfield, WIOQ: Plenty of pool days with my girl!

Kobe, WURV: Lucky for us we have a gorgeous brand-new pool in our neighborhood!

Sue O’Neil, WKSE: It’s been lovely here, so not much of the heat wave.

Rick Vaughn, KENZ: Head for the mountains and high altitudes as often as possible.

Lee Abrams, mediavisions: Working out of my cool, dark subterranean media cave as much as possible.

Jeff Hurley, iHeartMedia: Trying to mix it up to keep the kids busy. Took them to the lake for a weekend. Playing in the kiddie pool and sprinkler. Plenty of ice pops.

Toby Knapp, WASH: Using iHeart’s evolving technology to perfect my craft… while in the pool at the same time. You think I’m kidding… I’ve got proof.

Josh Wolff, WAEB: Air conditioning and iced coffee.

Erik Bradley, WBBM: Working in Texas in July where it’s over 100 is kind of what you sign up for. So, I’m inside working remotely with the AC on!

Kevin Kash, WWEG: I tend to spend more time going up and down the aisles of the many grocery stores in my town.

Sophia John, KIWR: We just ordered 5,000 cooling towels to sell at festivals and outdoor concerts for some NTR! We’re using our logo on one end and the college on the other. We are doing station blankets too. We made $2,300 last week off blankets alone! Personally: A/C and A/C only!!!

Mike O’Donnell, WKRZ: I either go to the Outer Banks in North Carolina or I fill my pants up with ice!

Matt Johnson, WPLW: Staying inside and living in the air conditioning, no more, no less.
