What were your Grammy performance and non-performance highlights?

Jonathan Shuford, WRVW: Performance highlights: Sam Smith with Kim Petras (they were great), and the Evolution of Hip-Hop was very cool. Overall, I thought the Grammy’s got a lot right his year for the first time in a long time.

JB King, KLUC: 50 years of Hip Hop was incredible , A+….and then everything else at a B or C.

Jammer, WEZB: I thought it was very good from beginning to end. Did like the tribute to Hip-Hop.

Erik Bradley, B96: The Hip Hop Tribute was incredible. Otherwise, I really liked Bad Bunny, Lizzo and Luke Combs. Also, I thought the pre-show red carpet coverage was excellent on E!

Toby Knapp, WASH: Lizzo – For the H! She genuinely had passion for what she was doing and was thrilled to be a part of the show. Harry Styles – Passion. And… did you see what he did to honor those he “beat out” for a Grammy? Man is a hero.

Mike Klein, WZFT: Honestly, I thought Lizzo getting busted for drinking with Adele was the best part. Also, Harry Styles look like a deer in headlights winning album of the year.

Big Rob, KKPL/KMAX: 100 percent the tribute to the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop.

Heather Deluca, WSJO: Grammy’s were SURPRISINGLY entertaining this time around! Sam Smith and Kim Petras KILLED it. And the tribute to hip-hop was everything. Sadly, even though he won a bunch, Harry Styles looked like he couldn’t be bothered during his performance. And I was underwhelmed by the Christine McVie tribute. I kind of wanted more.

Matt Johnson, WPLW: For non-performance, Taylor Swift always looks and acts A+, she never disappoints. I just love Harry Styles. I loved his performance, his outfit, his vibe, he’s great. I’m glad he won Album of the Year, great album front to back!

Adam Rivers, WKCI: I thought Luke Combs and Bad Bunny both crushed it.

Jana Sutter, WXXL: I thoroughly enjoyed it! I liked the more intimate and casual table set up. The pace of the show was good, they kept it moving. The Evolution of Hip-Hop was pretty epic. That’s a lot of moving pieces. I still can’t believe they pulled it all together. Lizzo did a great job.

Brian Check, iHeartMedia: I thought some of the throwback artists were fun to see. The Evolution of Hip-Hop was well-produced. Stevie Wonder and Smokey Robinson were good, drawing from my old-school roots. The entire show was well-produced from technical and audio standpoints, the best a long time.

Buster Satterfield, WIOQ: Honestly, there was nothing really that memorable for me.

Jon Zellner, iHeartMedia: Best moments: 50 Years of Hip Hop, Motown Power, Bad Bunny, Brandi Carlisle, Harry Styles.

Java Joel, WHBC: The 50th Anniversary of hip-hop was incredible! And let’s take a moment to be thankful Stevie Wonder & Smokey Robinson are still with us. Two of the greatest pop songwriters of all-time. And they sounded great!

Jeff Hurley, iHeartMedia: The 50 Years of Hip-Hop performance was the highlight of the show. It was a perfect reminder that Hip-Hop is one of the most powerful driving forces in music over the last half-century.

Valentine, WBHT: I thought Harry Styles did a great job. In general, I feel that awards show are so “industry-elite,” I just wish they would make them more fan-centric and more about the music.

Jagger, KCHZ: The cool Hip-Hop tribute was the best performance of the night. I also enjoyed Harry Styles and Steve Lacey. I thought Lizzo’s acceptance speech for Record of the Year was great, very positive. I liked the fact that she wanted to dedicate her award to Prince. I know she worked with Prince back in the day and she definitely has influence from Prince.

Randi West, WRMF: I liked Harry Styles performance, thought Shania Twain needs to fire her stylist, and thought Kelsea Ballerini was one of the best dressed!

Guy Zapoleon, Zapoleon Consulting: I was very happy that Harry Styles won Album and Pop Vocal Album, Sam Smith & Kim Petras won for, and Lizzo won Record of the year. Nice that Bonnie Raitt won for song, but that’s probably where Adele should have won instead of Pop Song where “As It Was” should’ve have won. Also “We Don’t Talk Blaboit” by Bruno should have been nominated in some of the Pop categories but that was one of the big misses at Top 40 radio this year.
