If you could join any band from any era, what band would it be and what role would you play in the band?

Rich Davis, KDWB: Lead singer of Def LeppardJoe Elliot, I’d be that guy all day every day. He was my idol back then.

Jonathan Reed, WNOK: Motley Crue for the stories.  I would be the ‘cow-bell’ dude.

Chris K, 106.5 The End: Since I’m a keyboard player, it would have to be keyboards for a great eighties band like Duran Duran. What a fun ride that would’ve been!

Alex Tear, Y100/iHeartMedia Miami: Keyboards for Depeche Mode.

Jonathan Shuford, WRVWMatchbox Twenty. Manager. Or keyboardist. Or toilet cleaner. Pretty much whatever they needed.

Skip Kelly, WKSL: I’d want to be the official joint roller for the Dave Matthews Band in the 90’s. Great perks, total job security.

Mase, WWCD: KISS! The reason I played drums in my younger days was because I wanted to be Peter Criss. I even played Pearl Drums because I deserved the very best (KISS fans will get that).

Big Rob, KSME: I’d be an *NSYNC roadie. All about the masses of ladies that couldn’t get to JT so they’d settle for the B team!

Kobi, WNRW/WLGX: Someone in Prince‘s band or a member of New Edition. Both mass appeal acts to two different audiences.

Paul Kelly, WWAC: I’d take over the tambourine from Linda McCartney in Wings.

Fish Boy, WKRZ: Manager for N.W.A.

Mike Miller/WZFT: *NSYNC. I would just be happy being a roadie.

Java Joel, WAKS: New Edition. I’d be Bobby Brown and sing the shit out of “Mr. Telephone Man!” Or Wanya from Boyz II Men and sing the shit out of “End Of The Road”. Either one works.

Scotty Finck, Hollywood Records: It would have been me, instead of the brilliant Ernest “Boom” Carter playing on “Born To Run.” And, of course, the world then would not have the stunning syncopated drum fill that has become legendary. So, yep, scrap the whole idea of me instead of him. Ha!

Gina Gray, WERO: It would have to be Coldplay, and I would be the drummer!

Rob Roberts, WRQX: I would manage The Eagles and become Irving Azoff.

Brian Mack, WXXL: Guitar tech, low pressure gig, for The Outfield, should be an easy tour.

Brian Michel, iHeartMedia / Atlanta: Producer for Steely Dan.

Bob Patrick, WXLK: I’d be the 5th Beatle and I’d play the triangle. That had to be so much crazy fun!

Heather Deluca, WSJO: I’D WANT TO BE A SPICE GIRL! Back then I would have been Cinnamon Spice, but in 2018 I’d just be Old Spice. Lol.

Kevin Kash, WIYY: I’d be in the Blue Man Group. I like to make people laugh and I’ve already got the bald head.

Valentine, WBHT: Destiny’s Child, and I would be a backup dancer at Coachella!

Chris Michaels, FM100:
Aerosmith! I would be the manager, it would be cool to be on the road with Steven Tyler.

Randi West, WMTX: I’m sure she has a band, but I’d be Taylor Swift’s tambourine player. Just because. She probably doesn’t even need one right?

Jon Zellner. iHeartMedia: Um…Is Brian Epstein’s job is available?

Rick Vaughn, Power 94.9: Whatever gets me into Vegas with Frank Sinatra.

Kobe, WWHT: I’d be another DJ in the Swedish House Mafia.

Toby Knapp, WASH: I’d rather be the Scooter Braun and Mike Chester types… then I could help shape, mold and expose many talent to the world… but if I have to pick one band, I’d pick The Beatles… I have this thing about revolutionaries who change the world and stuff…

R Dub! Z90: I would love to be the 4th member of A Tribe Called Quest. Rapping, of course. “Q-TipAliJarobiPhife and R Dub.” It even sounds cool!

Reid, KZZP / KMXP: The hype guy with the deep “yea girl…” voice from *NSYNC or like Donnie Walhberg did in New Kids on the Block.

Jason Squires, KFRR: Guitar player for KISS in the ’80s.
