Spanning all genres and eras what three albums would best define your music preferences?

Jeremy Rice, WBLI: Depeche Mode Violator, Fugees The Score, Miles Davis Sketches of Spain.

Todd Shannon, WAPE: Bob Marley Legend, Eagles Eagles Live, Weezer (the Blue Album).

Joey Brooks, WHYI/WMIA: There are so many great albums! My top 3 are Nirvana Nevermind, The Notorious B.I.G. Ready To Die and Michael Jackson Thriller.

Kobi, WNRW/WLGX: Prince Greatest Hits, Luther Vandross Greatest Hits, Jay-Z Greatest Hits. Bonus Pick: a Coldplay mixtape.

Alex Tear, Y100/iHeartMedia Miami: The Cure Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Miss Me, Calvin Harris 18 Months, Prince 1999, U2 Joshua Tree, Beastie Boys Licensed To Ill.

Brian Mack, WXXL: U2 The Joshua Tree, The Beatles Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, Madonna True Blue which is loaded with a ton of hits and a lot of great B-sides.

Jon Zellner, iHeartMedia: Michael Jackson Thriller, The Beatles Abbey Road, Steely Dan Aja.

Java Joel, WAKS: The Beatles Revolver, Hall & Oates Private Eyes, Beastie Boys Paul’s Boutique.

Albie Dee, WOCQ: Yes The Yes Album, Rush 2112. KISS Destroyer.

Jeff Hurley, WHKF: Metallica Master of Puppets, I spent hours with this on my headphones trying to mimic Lars on my drumkit. There’s 15 years of muscle memory build up from all the time I spent playing along with this album. I will furiously air-drum every song to this day. The Crystal Method Vegas, the first time I heard this album it completely changed the way I looked at electronic/dance. This was my gateway drug to Prodigy, Lo-Fidelity All Stars, Propellerheads and so many other artists that defined my late 90’s-2000’s playlists. Eric Church Chief, very few albums are a perfect snapshot of the artist, this is one of them. You completely understand the songwriting and persona of Eric after listening to this album.

Jammer, WEZB: Best of the 80s, Best of the 80s New Wave, Best of the 90s.

Kobe, WWHT: Daft Punk Discovery, Kanye West The College Dropout, Guardians of The Galaxy, Awesome Mix Vol. 2.

Mike Miller, WZFT: Ben Rector Brand New, *NSYNC No Strings Attached, Michael Jackson Thriller.

Gina Gray, WERO: Coldplay X & Y, Fleetwood Mac Rumours, Sarah McLachlan Fumbling Towards Ecstasy.

Terry Stevens, WOZZ: 1) Anthrax Among the Living – THE band that got me in to metal. 2) Brainiac Bonsai Superstar – Very experimental rock/indie/punk/alt band.  I love it when artists push the envelope and make sounds that are new to everyone instead of sticking with the same tired genre conventions. 3) Run the Jewels Run the Jewels 2 – Really, you could put any of their 3 albums in this slot.  I’ve always been more partial to the hip hop/rap that doesn’t make it to radio. Killer Mike and El-P do it better than most.

Jonathan Shuford, WRVW: matchbox twenty Yourself or Someone Like You, James Bay The Chaos and the Calm, Johnny Cash Live From Folsom Prison, and an honorable mention to Beastie Boys License To Ill.

Mike McVay, Cumulus Media: The Who Who’s Next, U2 The Joshua Tree, Foo Fighters Sonic Highways.

JB King, KLUC: Michael Jackson Thriller, Jamiroquai Travelling Without Moving, Van Halen 1984.

Heather Deluca, WSJO: I’m going to say the Xanadu movie soundtrack because it’s such an eclectic collection of pop and rock, and in my opinion some of Electric Light Orchestra’s most compelling songs. 1989 by Taylor Swift and Hysteria by Def Leppard.

Mike “OD” O’Donnell, WKRZ: Michael Jackson Thriller, Eagles Greatest Hits, Mariah Carey Mariah Carey tons of hits on that one!

Fish Boy, WKRZ: Dr. Dre The Chronic, Pearl Jam Ten, Jon Bellion The Human Condition, I love this album there’s at least four Pop hits on it!

Rob Roberts, WRQX: Eagles Hotel California, Jackson Browne Time The Conqueror, twenty one pilots Blurryface.

Big Rob, KSME: I’ll be honest, it’s been a while since I’ve listened to an entire album start to finish. My favorite album of all time though, and the only one in its entirety, is the Black Album by Metallica. Rock on!

Brian Michel, iHeartMedia/Atlanta: Beach Boys Pet Sounds, Dr. Dre The Chronic 2001, The Killers Hot Fuss.

Reid, KZZP: Justin Timberlake 20/20 Experience, Kenny Chesney Greatest Hits Volume 2, Jay-Z Hits Collection Volume 1.
