iHeartMedia Top 40 WIOQ (Q102)/Philly and Elvis Duran and The Morning Show have announced the winners of an IVF giveaway contest in partnership with Abington Reproductive Medicine, an infertility treatment and IVF center that has helped to build families for over 30 years. The contest began on Valentine’s Day, February 14.
The winner is Elizabeth Cameron from Quakertown, PA. She and her husband Spencer are both teachers. They care for children all day long at work but haven’t been able to have children of their own.
“We spend our lives caring for other children, and really all we want is a child to call our own. We feel like we’ve been put on this Earth to be parents, and we just need a little help,” Elizabeth said in their video.
U.S. stats show that approximately 10% of women between ages 15-44 experience difficulty getting pregnant. Abington Reproductive Medicine is pleased to draw attention to this matter and advocate for couples to speak up and seek help.
“The entire team of Abington Reproductive Medicine is excited to help this couple get closer to achieving a successful pregnancy,” said Dr. Larry Barmat, Senior Physician with Abington Reproductive Medicine.
Listeners entered for a chance to receive a gift certificate provided by Abington Reproductive Medicine, by recording and uploading a video explaining their story and why they want to have a baby to Q102.com.
