Oasis’ debut album Definitely Maybe celebrates its 30th anniversary this Friday 8/30/24. The new deluxe edition of their debut album includes recording and outtakes from Wales’ Monnow Valley Studios and Cornwall’s Sawmils Studios – newly mixed by Noel Gallagher and Callum Marinho.
The fastest-ever selling debut in the UK on release, this seminal album marked the point when Oasis became a cultural phenomenon. Including the classic singles ‘Supersonic’, ‘Live Forever’ and ‘Cigarettes And Alcohol’, its songs sound as fresh and relevant as they did in 1994. Having sold over 6.9 million copies globally, it also sits as the 2nd most streamed album of the 90’s (following Oasis’ (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? at no.1).
Oasis today end years of feverish speculation with the confirmation of a long awaited run of UK and Ireland shows forming the domestic leg of their OASIS LIVE 25 world tour. Oasis will hit Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin in the summer of 2025. Their only shows in Europe next year, this will be one of the biggest live moments and hottest tickets of the decade.
Oasis commented, “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”
Plans are underway for OASIS LIVE ’25 to go to other continents outside of Europe later next year.
