An eclectic mix of stars will honor the King of Rock and Roll at NBC‘s Elvis All-Star Tribute, airing Sunday, February 17. The lineup includes Ed Sheeran, Alessia Cara, Jennifer Lopez, Post Malone, Shawn Mendes, John Fogerty, Adam Lambert, John Legend, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Yolanda Adams, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Mac Davis, Josh Groban, Little Big Town, Pistol Annies and Darius Rucker.
The two-hour program will be hosted by Blake Shelton and pay tribute to Elvis’s legendary ’68 Comeback Special, recreating the iconic night with musical performances, a showcase of rare footage and interviews with Priscilla Presley and Steve Binder, the director of the original special, plus a special appearance from Lisa Marie Presley.
On February 15, The Best of the ’68 Comeback Special, the companion album to NBC’s Elvis All-Star Tribute, will be released by RCA/Legacy Recordings.
Today (January 8) would have been the King’s 84th birthday.
