Musicians On Call
(MOC), a nonprofit that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities, is hosting A Night To Celebrate the Healing Power of Music prior to Grammy winner Billy Joel’s concert on Wednesday, May 23 at Madison Square Garden. The intimate event will feature a private pre-concert VIP reception, during which the organization will honor long-time supporters EVP/Global Music Marketing for iHeartMedia and Musicians On Call Board Member Alissa Pollack and multi-platinum singer/songwriter and MOC artist supporter Gavin DeGraw. Following the VIP reception, guests will enjoy exclusive seating for Billy Joel at The Garden.

“In the 19 years that Musicians On Call has performed for patients in hospitals, Alissa and Gavin are easily two of our most dedicated and passionate supporters,” said Musicians On Call President Pete Griffin, “Alissa’s talents have been invaluable to our Board and her passion for our mission led to the creation of the Musicians On Call Jason Pollack Bedside Performance Program, which has brought joy to thousands of patients nationwide. Gavin has been a loyal volunteer in our hospital programs and at our events across the country for over a decade, helping us launch our programs at City of Hope in LA and The Brooklyn Hospital in New York. They are both incredible champions for our cause and it is our honor to recognize their unwavering support.”
