Kelly Clarkson will release her eighth studio album, Meaning of Life, on October 27. It is her first for Atlantic Records, after having spent her entire career with RCA.
Clarkson tweeted this morning that “THIS is the album I’ve always wanted to make!!”
Lead single “Love So Soft” was released today, along with an additional track, “Move You.” Both songs are available for immediate download with pre-orders of Meaning of Life. Clarkson will perform both songs on the Today Show tomorrow morning.
For her new songs, Clarkson collaborated with a number of songwriters and producers, including Grammy-winning Producer of the Year Greg Kurstin (Adele, Beck).
Additionally, Clarkson will release her second children’s book, River Rose and the Magical Christmas, the same week as Meaning of Life. It is the sequel to 2016’s River Rose and the Magical Lullaby.
