steel-city-media-logoSteel City Media has announced a new personality lineup for Adult Contemporary KCKC (KC102.1)/Kansas City. The move will put live voices on the air from 6am to 7pm Monday through Friday.

Mornings will be anchored by the duo of Bryan Truta and Jennifer Johnson. Truta, who will also serve as the station’s Program Director, is a market veteran, having previously performed on highly rated morning shows for KCJK (JACK FM) and sports talk WHB. Johnson is a Kansas City native who has worked in morning radio for most of her career, as well as a stint in Chicago at heritage rock station WLUP (The Loop).

Middays (10am-3pm) will be hosted by Kansas City mainstay Jacqui Lucky. Listeners will be familiar with Lucky from her high profile Top 40 career at KMXV (Mix 93.3) and KCHZ (Z95.7). Lucky brings with her to KCKC a wealth of knowledge of music and radio.

Rounding out the live shifts is Natalie R. in afternoons (3-7p). Natalie most recently worked in Springfield, Missouri at KSPW (Power 96.5). In addition to her on air work, Natalie’s programming and promotions experience will greatly benefit the team.

Truta comments, “With the experience and talent each of these amazing women bring to the job, I know we can continue our rise to the top. KCKC is poised to have an historic year and I’m excited for the opportunities that lie ahead.”
