JYP Entertainment, Imperial, and Republic Records announce an expansion of their global strategic alliance to include an enhanced label partnership. With this development, the industry powerhouses will collaborate globally across the entire JYP roster in diversified endeavors, worldwide distribution of artists and catalogs, A&R, marketing, and business development.

JYP Entertainment, Imperial, and Republic Records aim to jointly utilize their expertise and resources to strengthen and further promote JYP artists across the globe, raising the pinnacle of K-Pop in the global music market. The collaboration between the two leaders of the music industry has already proven to be incredibly successful with numerous JYP artists, TWICE, Stray Kids, and ITZY. This growth will continue and now include extensive partnerships with rising JYP acts, NMIXX, Xdinary Heroes, and more.

The hugely successful alliance between JYP Entertainment, Imperial, and Republic Records has led to historic milestones since its inception. In 2022, Stray Kids made history as their mini albums ODDINARY and MAXIDENT debuted consecutively at #1 on the Billboard 200 Chart, and impressively the group has amassed over 4 billion global Spotify streams to date. This year, TWICE has sustained their record for the most Top 10 debuts on the Billboard 200 Chart for any K-Pop female act, now totaling four. Amidst their current world tour, TWICE has set the record to become the first female K-Pop act to sell out both SoFi Stadium and MetLife Stadium.
