Justin Bieber tops the list of nominees for the 2021 MTV VMAs. Bieber is up for seven awards, both on his own and for his collaborations over the past year. Megan Thee Stallion is right behind him with six nominations, then tied with five are Billie Eilish, BTS, Doja Cat, Drake, Lil Nas X, Olivia Rodrigo and Giveon.
