Bristol Broadcasting launched 105.3 The Beat on Friday, 5/26. The Tri-Cities new Rhythmic/CHR station will join sister outlets Electric 94 9 (CHR) and 99 3 The X (ALT), all three of which are programmed by Jason Reed. Reed told FMQB, “The Beat is a great addition to our cluster of contemporary music stations in the Tri-Cities area, and with Electric leaning a little toward the Adult/Top 40 side, I think this complement will work out pretty well for us.”
iHeartMedia has announced that Luis Fonsi and Tinashe have been added to the lineup for its iHeartSummer ’17 Weekend at the legendary Fontainebleau Miami Beach taking place on Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10, 2017. In addition to Luis Fonsi and Tinashe, the weekend-long event will feature live performances from DJ Khaled, Halsey, Miley Cyrus, Backstreet Boys, Fifth Harmony and Noah Cyrus, with more special guests to be announced.
