Non-commercial Triple A WYEP/Pittsburgh announced that Morning Show co-host Cindy Howes has been upped to Digital Content Manager, while segueing to the evening shift, 6-10 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Morning co-host Joey Spehar will continue solo in mornings.
