This past weekend on Friday, December 8 at iHeartRadio Z100’s Jingle Ball 2023 presented by Capital One, the stars hit the stage for the sixth stop of the national iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden in New York.

The event featured iconic performances from today’s biggest artists including Olivia Rodrigo, SZA, OneRepublic, Sabrina Carpenter, Jelly Roll, Big Time Rush, Doechii, Pentatonix, David Kushner, and Melanie Martinez with a special performance from Cher.

The sold-out arena got in the holiday spirit all night with performances from their favorite artists.

  • Doechii kicked off the show with her high-energy, electrifying performance of “B**** Im Nice” followed by “Xtasy,” “Persuasive” and her TikTok-viral hit “What It Is.”
  • Melanie Martinez was dressed as her otherworldly alter ego Cry Baby while she performed “Void” “Battle of the Larynx” and closed with “Evil.”
  • David Kushner began his set with “Dead Man” and “Miserable Man” and capped off his performance with his viral ballad “Daylight.”
  • Big Time Rush got festive with a set that included beloved throwbacks, “Windows Down” and “Boyfriend” plus their cherished holiday song “Beautiful Christmas.”
  • Paul Russell took the stage to perform his viral hit, “Lil Boo Thing.”
  • Cher hit the stage in a gorgeous black suit to treat the crowd to an upbeat performance of “DJ Play a Christmas Song” and ended her set with the timeless classic, “Believe.”
  • Pentatonix kicked off their set with “Kiss from a Rose,” and transitioned into a lively rendition of “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” engaging the entire crowd.
  • OneRepublic performed their fan favorites, “Secrets,” “I Ain’t Worried” and “Apologize.” The band took a moment to spotlight many powerhouse singer-songwriters before closing their set with “Counting Stars.”
  • Sabrina Carpenter took the stage in a stunning sparkling white corset top to perform hits “Santa Doesn’t Know You Like I Do,” and “Is It New Years Yet?” from her holiday EP. She concluded her set with “Nonsense.”
  • After performing a hip-hip/R&B medley of class throwbacks, Jelly Roll was joined on stage by surprise guest Jessie Murph to perform the duo’s duet, Wild Ones.” He closed his set with “Need a Favor” and “Save Me.”
  • SZA kicked off her set with crowd-favorite “Love Galore” and kept the energy going with “Broken Clocks” and “Kiss Me More.” She went on to deliver a fiery performance of “Kill Bill,” and the sold-out arena sang along to “Rich Baby Daddy and “Good Days.”
  • Olivia Rodrigo closed out the New York show with the crowd singing along to hits, “get him back,” “deja vu,” and “vampire.” After playing along on the piano for “driver’s license,” she closed out the night with “brutal,” and “good 4 u.”

iHeartRadio Z100’s Jingle Ball 2023 marks the 27th time the event has been at Madison Square Garden, taking place at the iconic venue every year the event has been held since its inception in 1996.

This year, ABC is the exclusive television broadcast partner for the iconic event. iHeartRadio Jingle Ball tour stops will be part of the exclusive network special, airing Dec. 21 at (8:00-10:00 p.m. EST/PST). The special will be available on demand and on Hulu the following day.
