iHeartMedia Nashville will hold the 19th annual Wine on the River event on Saturday, September 11 from 3 – 7 p.m. at Riverfront Park in Downtown Nashville. This year, the funds raised will go to The DISTRICT’s initiative 2ndavestrong, which helps restore the vitally important historic district of 2nd Avenue. The initiative was created in response to the damage resulting from the Christmas Day bombing in Nashville in 2020.

On-air personality Ricki Sanchez from 107.5 The River will also host the event. Live entertainment will include local artists The San Rafael Band and Heidi Burson.
This year’s Wine On The River theme will be “world tour” theme with beverages from national and international regions and will include wine, beer and spirits. Beverages will be provided by this year’s presenting sponsor, Lipman Brothers Distributing. In addition to beverage samples and live entertainment, food will be available for purchase from local restaurants and food trucks in the community.
Attendees will be required to show a COVID-19 vaccine card or a negative test within the last 72 hours.
