iHeartMedia announced today that Paul A. Rothfuss has been named Market President for the Roanoke-Lynchburg market, effective immediately.
As Market President, Rothfuss will be responsible for leveraging iHeartMedia Roanoke-Lynchburg’s radio station brands and assets to provide quality programming as well as creating new revenue opportunities. In addition, he will spearhead all aspects of the market’s operations including sales, programming, digital, events and promotion initiatives. Rothfuss will report to Chuck Peterson, newly named Area President of iHeartMedia’s Roanoke-Lynchburg, Harrisonburg and Winchester markets.

Rothfuss is elevated to Market President after serving as general sales manager in the Roanoke-Lynchburg market for the past five years. He also served as the general sales manager for the FROGGY-FM Network in Steubenville, OH. Rothfuss began his career at WTCB in Columbia, SC and is a graduate of Gettysburg College.
