iHeartMedia kicked the summer off with the2022 iHeartRadio KIIS FM Wango Tango on Saturday, June 4 at Dignity Health Sports Park. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the star-studded event celebrated all things summer with performances from today’s hottest artists including Shawn Mendes, The Chainsmokers, Camila Cabello, Becky G, Charlie Puth, Lauv, 5 Seconds of Summer, Tate McRae, Latto, Lauren Spencer-Smith, GAYLE and Em Beihold plus a special performance by Diplo at Dusk. The event exclusively streamed on The CW App and CWTV.com and broadcasted live on more than iHeartRadio stations nationwide.

Saturday kicked off with the 2022 iHeartRadio KIIS FM’s Wango Tango Village. The daytime event featured live performances by Bibi, Iann Dior and Jena Rose.

The event was filled an extraordinary lineup and these special moments:

  • Camila Cabello made everyone want to say “Don’t Go Yet” after her performance. The star brought her new album, Familia, to life as she performed several songs from the project, as well as fan favorites from previous albums.
  • Shawn Mendes treated fans to a variety of songs with a mix of new tracks and fan favorites including “Wonder,” “When You’re Gone,” “Call My Friends,” “Holding Me Back,” “It’ll Be OK,” “If I Can’t Have You” and “In My Blood.”
  • Diplo at Dusk turned Wango Tango into a massive dance party as he graced the crowd with his hit songs across multiple genres. Diplo began his set with a remix of “Edamame” by bbno$ featuring Rich Brian, followed by David Guetta’s remix of Farruko’s “Pepas” and his collaboration with Sonny Fodera “Turn Back Time.” The crowd loved every minute of it as they raved with their oversized glow sticks. After delivering other notable tracks like “Don’t Forget My Love,” Diplo performed his newest song “Tupelo Shuffle” for the first time live.
  • Charlie Puth brought his perfect pitch and summer vibes to his set which was full of fan favorites including “Light Switch,” “How Long,” “We Don’t Talk Anymore,” “One Call Away,” “Attention” and “See You Again.”
  • Fans were in all of their glory as 5 Seconds Of Summer hit the Wango Tango stage — especially since the band performed music from their forthcoming new album. The Australian band gave fans a taste of their newest music with “Me Myself & I,” which will be featured on their upcoming fifth studio album 5SOS5, which is scheduled for a September 23 release.
  • Latto illuminated the stage in front of a massive crowd at Wango Tango in Los Angeles and unleashed all her big energy as she performed her biggest hit. She made her grand entrance to the stage rocking an orange and white outfit and her glamorous “Big Latto” chain. The Atlanta native kicked off her set with “Big Energy (Remix)” featuring Mariah Carey and DJ Khaled.
  • Becky G brought the heat to this year’s Wango Tango as she performed a set full of hits including “Fulanito,” “Buen Dia,” “Mayores,” “No Mienten,” “Baile Con Mi Ex” and “Mami,” right down the street from where she grew up.
  • Lauv kicked off Wango Tango with a medley of fan-favorite songs, including “I’m So Tired…,” “Who,” “All 4 Nothing” and more.
  • Tate McRae mesmerized the crowd with her dance and vocal skills. Welcomed to the stage by a roaring crowd, she opened her set with a hypnotic performance of “You,” as she danced along. She slowed things down for her second song, “friends don’t look at friends that way,” before performing “she’s all I wanna be” and closing her set with “you broke me first.”
  • GAYLE took over the stage during her first performance at Wango Tango. In the process, she started a sing-along to her hit song, “ABCDEFU.” She opened her set with her recent single, “Sleeping With My Friends,” while showing off her incredible guitar skills.
  • For one of her first big performances, Lauren Spencer-Smith showed off her powerhouse vocals as she performed her hit single, “Fingers Crossed,” as well as her song “Flowers.” Lauren Spencer-Smith also delivered a gorgeous cover of Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved.”
  • Em Beihold made her Wango Tango debut with her hit song “Numb Little Bug.”
