95.1 WAPE/Jacksonville helped The American Red Cross for Hurricane Sandy relief. The Big Ape Morning Mess auctioned off a signed guitar with all proceeds going to the Red Cross. In the middle of the on air auction, WAPE General Manager Bill Hendrich made it more interesting by pledging to match any bid up to $1,000. The winning bid was $1,500, all together the donation was $2,500!
