The End – Seattle

The Shark – Miami

ALT AZ – Phoenix

I’m Greg Beharrell.
I host drive on Live 105.
I stalk other radio stations.

The End – Seattle

Yelp is popular, in spite of being the Regina George of websites. Recognizing its popularity, The End in Seattle is doing something cool. Their jock, Manley, posts reviews of Seattle hot spots, complete with pics, and an unapologetic “I know nothing about what makes food good” attitude. It’s now, local, and provides the added bonus of a radio DJ actually eating (a rarity given the current status of the industry).

The Shark – Miami

Miami finally has an alternative station. The Shark is pulling out all the stops, including a unique celebrity (?) endorsement. Ian Ziering, he of Sharknado fame (but always Steve Sanders in our hearts), cut a promo for The Shark so full of swagger and cool that Ric Flair would blush. It’s such a fun idea that I’m pushing my PD to contact Luke Perry.

ALT AZ – Phoenix

Christmas and ugly sweaters go together like Nick and Kaitlyn should have (damn you, Bachelorette! I swear, this time I won’t watch again until next season!). I love that ALT AZ is making their listeners do Christmas in style. Plus, sweaters in Arizona? It’s like a giant practical joke on the audience. Delightful.
