Cumulus Media announces that Glenn Johnson has been appointed Operations Manager for its Pensacola, FL cluster. Johnson joins Cumulus-Pensacola from the broadcaster’s NASH studios in Nashville, where he was Executive Producer for The Ty Bentli Show. Prior to that, he was morning personality for Cumulus CHR WABD/Mobile, AL and for Dittman Broadcasting’s WABB/Mobile.
Pete DeSimone, Regional Vice President for Cumulus Media, said, “This is a win-win – a homecoming for Glenn and an opportunity to retain a very talented broadcaster. We are extremely excited to have him leading the Pensacola programming team.”

Cumulus-Pensacola’s five-station cluster is comprised of Urban AC WRRX (Magic 106.1), Country WXBM (NASH FM 102.7), Classic Hits WJTQ (Jet 100.7) Soft Rock WMEZ (Today’s Soft Rock 94.1) and News/Talk WCOA-AM (NewsTalk 1370).
