Glassnote Records has announced new hires Jonathan Jacobs as National Director of Pop Promotion and Grace Fryman as the Northeast Regional Manager of Promotion effective immediately.
Jacobs got his start in music as an assistant at Columbia Records in New York City. He then began tenure at Republic Records as a Regional Promotion Manager based in Miami. Now at Glassnote, his responsibilities will span across all pop formats.

“I am thrilled to join the Glassnote Radio Promo team at such an exciting time. I look forward to supporting the extraordinary artists on our roster, and working with our valued partners throughout the Northeast,” notes Fryman on her new role.
Head of Glassnote National Radio Promotion Nick Petropoulos comments, “The Glassnote Promotion Department has earned a reputation of working long term campaigns and breaking artists and records that challenge the mainstream, which can be seen right now with the multi-format success of Childish Gambino’s #1 track, “Redbone.” Our success is rooted in the collective talent, passion and tireless efforts of Michael Starr, Fred Shade, Greta Van Raam and Elliott Garstin. We are very excited to have Jonathan Jacobs join our team and help us continue to break new ground at all Pop formats. As a pre-existing member of the Glassnote team I have witnessed Grace Fryman’s drive and spirit, she is the next superstar and we are proud to have her working with us.”
