Taylor Swift‘s re-do of her album Fearless is back at #1 on the Billboard 200 this week, thanks to two newly available options for fans. Fearless (Taylor’s Version) was #157 on the chart the week before. Autographed CDs of Fearless (Taylor’s Version) were available for a limited time via Swift’s website and according to MRC Data, CD sales comprised 77,000 of its 152,000 equivalent album units during the week. Swift recently joked on Twitter that she’d “signed them all and it’s also true that I may never write the same again, as my hand is now frozen in the permanent shape of a claw.” The newly-available vinyl LP of Fearless (Taylor’s Version) sold 67,000 copies and was released in two different colors, including a Target-exclusive red edition.
Billboard also notes that Fearless (Taylor’s Version) is now the second-biggest album of 2021, second only to… Swift’s own 2020 album Evermore.
Landing at #2 is Drake‘s latest hit album, Certified Lover Boy, with another 110,000 equivalent album units. Meek Mill‘s Expensive Pain has the highest debut of the week at #3, with 95,000 equivalent album units, giving the Philadelphia rapper his seventh Top 10 release.
At #4 is YoungBoy Never Broke Again‘s Sincerely, Kentrell, followed by Lil Nas X with MONTERO at #5 and Olivia Rodrigo with Sour at #6. Doja Cat‘s Planet Her is at #7. Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga‘s Love for Sale, the follow-up to their 2014 duets album Cheek to Cheek, debuts at #8 with 41,000 equivalent album units earned.
The Top 10 is filled out by Morgan Wallen at #9 and Kanye West at #10.
