Entercom Communications Corp has announced a definitive agreement to sell eight radio stations in San Francisco and Sacramento to Bonneville International Corporation for $141 million in cash. The stations have been held in an FCC disposition Trust and operated by Bonneville under Local Marketing Agreements since the closing of the CBS Radio merger.
The stations are:
- CHR KMVQ/San Francisco
- Urban AC KBLX/San Francisco
- AC KOIT/San Francisco
- Classic Rock KUFX/San Francisco
- Sports KHTK-AM/Sacramento
- Country KNCI/Sacramento
- AC KYMX/Sacramento
- Hot AC KZZO/Sacramento
This transaction, which is expected to close this year either late in Q3 or early in Q4, will complete the dispositions required by the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with CBS Radio deal.
