In a memo from COO Susan Larkin, Entercom announced a reorganization of its Regional Presidents. Larkin wrote that the new executive structure allows the company to “benefit from their shared leadership, increased collaboration, combined resources, and amplified opportunities for advertisers.” She added that the realignment “will unlock tremendous potential to leverage our scale, become increasingly competitive and nimble, and super serve our communities in ways that were not before possible.”
Entercom’s new structure for its Regional Presidents is as follows:
- Doug Abernethy – Atlanta, Charlotte, Denver, Greensboro, Greenville-Spartanburg, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Norfolk, Phoenix, Portland, Richmond, Sacramento, St. Louis, San Francisco, Seattle and Wichita
- Jeff Federman – Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego
- Mark Hannon – Baltimore, Boston, Buffalo, Cleveland, Detroit, Hartford, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Providence, Rochester, Springfield, Washington D.C., Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (Hannon also steps down as Entercom-Boston Market Manager.)
- Claudia Menegus – Gainesville, Memphis, Miami and Orlando
- Brian Purdy – Austin, Chattanooga, Dallas, Houston and New Orleans
- Rachel Williamson – Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee and Minneapolis
Menegus will remain as Market Manager for Entercom-Orlando. Chief Revenue Officer Bob Phillips, President of Sales Operations Michael Doyle and Kansas City Market Manager Dave Alpert continue in their current positions while Larkin will continue her regional oversight of New York.
