New York Market Radio Association (NYMRAD) realigns its Executive Committee, as Emmis New York‘s, Senior Vice President/Market Manager Charlie Morgan joins as NYMRAD Treasurer replacing Univision’s Ramon Pineda who recently was promoted to Senior Vice President and Regional General Manager, overseeing station operations in Atlanta, Raleigh, Philadelphia, Cleveland and Puerto Rico.
Morgan is a 38-year broadcast veteran, spending the first 28 years with Susquehanna Radio before a 2-year stint in television and network radio with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the IndyCar Series. In 2009, Morgan returned to Radio and joined the Emmis team managing the Indianapolis cluster for seven years and now the New York cluster which includes WBLS, WLIB and WQHT.
CBS Radio New York’s Marc Rayfield remains as Chairman and iHeartMedia New York’s Scott Hopeck moves up to Secretary from Treasurer.
