Drake made a splash online overnight, releasing a music video for a brand new track titled “I’m Upset” while also announcing the release date for his upcoming album Scorpion.
The comedic “I’m Upset” video is a throwback to the musician’s acting roots on the long-running Canadian high school series Degrassi. A number of his former co-stars make cameos in the video, which finds their character returning for a reunion, as well as Degrassi super-fan Kevin Smith and his pal Jason Mewes as their Jay & Silent Bob characters. As for Scorpion, it will arrive in just a few weeks, on June 29. The artwork for the album was also unveiled on Drake’s OVO Sound label’s social media.
