The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) will honor Cumulus Media programming and personalities with a total of five 2018 Gracie Awards, which celebrate women by recognizing their outstanding achievements and exemplary programming created by, for and about women in all facets of media and entertainment.

Among this year’s honorees are:

  • The Big Time With Whitney Allen, nationally syndicated by Westwood One/Oh I Gotta, which earned a Gracie this year for Crisis Coverage-National
  • WMAL-FM/Washington, DC’s Mornings On the Mall With Mary & Vince, which earned a Gracie for Crisis Coverage-Local
  • Jayde Donovan, Co-Host of 95.5 WPLJ-FM’s Todd & Jayde in the Morning, who earned a Gracie for Radio Co-Host-Local
  • 77 WABC Radio/New York’s The Joan Hamburg Show, which earned a Gracie for Talk Show-Local
  • 77 WABC Radio’s Rita Cosby Exclusive With Hillary Clinton, which earned a Gracie for Talk Interview Feature-Local. This marks Cosby’s sixth Gracie Award in four consecutive years.

The 43rd annual Gracie Awards support AWMF’s educational programs, charitable activities, public service and scholarship initiatives that benefit the public and women in media, Whitney Allen will accept her show’s award along with fellow national honorees including:

Ashley Judd, Issa Rae and Reese Witherspoon, Hoda Kotb, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Katie Couric, Megan Mullally, Claire Danes and Norah O’Donnell on May 22, 2018, at the 43rd annual Gracie Awards Gala at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. Rita Cosby, Jayde Donovan, The Joan Hamburg Show and Mornings On the Mall With Mary & Vince will accept their Gracie Awards on June 27, 2018, at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City, at the Gracies Awards Luncheon honoring local market, public and student award winners.
